In partnership with KWS some 21 Rijkswaterstaat objects have now been completely renovated. Within this contract, Van der Ende was responsible for the grit blasting and conservation.
In addition, under the responsibility of Van der Ende, dozens of weir gates such as Belfeld, Linnen and Roermond were also mechanically renovated and the decks equipped with wearing courses.
Five drawbridges such as the ‘Oranjelaan bridge’ and the ‘Hooidonk bridge’ were completely disassembled and provided with a new paint system in a blasting shed.
