Maintenance on the Scharberg Bridge in the final phase

The maintenance work on the Scharberg Bridge has entered its final phase. Not without a few setbacks. That is because we found a particularly stubborn layer in the coating. The paint layer has caused a significant delay in the blasting process. And currently we are pulling out all the stops to still complete the work this year.

This has resulted in working six days a week, twelve hours a day. And grit usage has been 86% higher than anticipated. Normally, a setback of this type would result in a significantly longer lead-time, with the resultant consequences. Van der Ende requires only 2 months additional construction time at the most to complete the project.

This is our strength from which our customers benefit. Innovative solutions and hard work to ensure that every project is completed properly and expertly and that you are satisfied.
